The Audubon Center in Greenwich was the first education center for the National Audubon Society. Consisting of 285 protected acres, including seven miles of walking trails, it lies about 25 miles to the north and east of downtown New York, near Tamarack Country Club. Other features of Center include the Kiernan Hall Nature Art Gallery, a Nature Store, and regular educational programs for birders and other nature lovers.
